What this request covers
You may request deletion of eligible profile identifiers, messages, attachments, and delivery metadata associated with your conversation with Jidar. Records that must be retained for legal, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute purposes may be restricted or retained only for the required period.
Submit a request
- Send the request through the Jidar contact form and include an address where we can reply to you.
- Use the subject “Meta Data Deletion Request”.
- State whether the request concerns WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram, and provide the account name or phone number used to contact us.
- Do not send passwords, access tokens, payment card details, or identity documents unless our privacy team specifically requests a secure verification step.
What happens next
We acknowledge the request, verify that we can safely match it to the correct conversation, and respond within 30 days. We confirm the outcome or explain any limited retention required by law, security, or an active dispute.
