When you contact Jidar through WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, or Instagram, we receive the information needed to manage that conversation.
This may include your platform profile identifier or display name, messages and attachments you send, message delivery information, and the channel and time of the conversation. We never ask for your password or access token.
We use this data to answer enquiries, provide customer support, keep conversation history for service continuity, protect the service, and investigate delivery or security issues.
We retain messaging data only for as long as it is needed for customer support, security, dispute handling, and applicable legal obligations. Approved deletion requests remove eligible records from active systems; protected backups expire through their normal retention cycle.
Meta provides the messaging channels. Our hosting and storage providers process data only to operate the service. We do not sell messaging data.
You can request access, correction, or deletion using our data deletion instructions or the Jidar contact form.
